Refund Policy
All rent is due on the (1st day of the month / Anniversary date). If your unit is occupied on or after the (1st day of the month / Anniversary date), full rent is due for that month. If you unit is occupied after that day of the month no refunds will be given.

TERMS
This Rental Agreement is a month-to-month rental agreement, which shall commence on the date of execution and shall continue through the last day of the current month. Thereafter, the term of this Agreement shall automatically renew each and every month unless notice is given ten (10) days prior to the end of the last month of tenancy by either party, subject to all terms and conditions hereafter stated. If for any reason Tenant fails to remove his/her property from the Space after the term of this Agreement, then this Agreement shall be automatically renewed, on a month-to-month basis. In the event this Agreement is extended or renewed, it is expressly agreed that the covenants and terms of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

If you choose to process an online payment or reservation we ask you to provide us with information necessary to process your order including, but not limited to, name, physical address, telephone number, facsimile number, email address, company name, title credit card number, expiration date, and storage unit number.
We collect your email address so that we can send you information about your transaction and its status. The credit card information that is collected is used strictly for billing purposes.
